Out of State Resources If the person lives in another state, family members can call the national Eldercare Locator, a public service of the U.S. Administration on Aging. Call toll-free 1-800-677-1116 to find support and resources that can help. On the web at www.eldercare.gov . This number is available from Monday through Friday 9 AM-8 PM (except U.S. federal holidays). In addition, some states have established a statewide toll-free number to provide centralized aging services information for residents of their states.
